Easy Christmas Morning Breakfast Recipes
EASY CHRISTMAS MORNING BREAKFAST
Now this is a time saver. Can be prepared the night before and tossed in the oven the next morning so that you can enjoy the Christmas celebrations rather than being in the kitchen. I'm sure everyone will rave about your cooking! Actually, you may wish to make a double batch!

Steps:
- In a 9 X 13" buttered, glass baking dish, place 8 pieces of bread to cover the bottom. Add pieces to cover dish entirely. Cover bread with slices of back bacon or ham. Next create a layer of cheddar cheese on top of bacon and then cover with slices of bread to make it like a sandwich.
- In a bowl, beat, eggs, salt and pepper. To the egg mixture, add dry mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, milk and Tabasco. Pour over the bread and meat layers. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.
- In morning, preheat oven to 350. Melt 1/4 lb butter, pour over top. Generously sprinkle with Special K or crushed Corn Flakes. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°F Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with real maple syrup!
