Number Of Ingredients 4

2 cups coconut
2 cups dried apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • Shape into 1/2-1" balls.
  • Dry at 135º for 4 to 5 hours, or until firm and crisp on the outside.

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups Butterfinger bar, baking bits

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Comine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.
  • Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs.
  • Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Butterfinger bits.
  • Drop by slightly rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
