1 Box Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil
Scoop the dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake cookies at 350 degrees F for 8-12 minutes

I got this recipe from a relative many years ago. It is a "fix in a hurry" treat. I have probably used every cake mix flavor over the years. This reciple works with anything. Get creative and see what combinations you like the best.

Ingredients

1 box cake mix ( any flavor will do )
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c cooking oil
1 c favorite baking chips or nuts or both
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

1. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended and drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam.
2. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let sit a few minutes on the cookie sheet then cool on a wire rack.
3. * My very favorite cookie dough mix is made with French Vanilla Cake Mix with Walnuts and Heath Bar Toffee bits but any combination will work fine. I also love Yellow Cake Mix with Chocolate Chips and Pecans.Be experimental to find your own favorites.

1 (18 ounce) package cake mix, any flavor
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
chocolate chips, Hershey's chocolate kiss (anything you like in cookies) or M&M' (anything you like in cookies)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil and mix well.
Add one cup of any of the additional ingredients and blend them together.
Bake for 10 minutes or until done.
Note: if using chocolate kisses, just place a kiss in the center of each cookie. Yummy!.
