Steps:
- Mix 1 cup grated smoked mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 box thawed frozen spinach, 1 jar artichoke hearts, and salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high, 2 hours.

Over the past 20 years I worked in restaurants and almost every one of those has a spinach dip. I took the best of them all and put it in one.

- Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Place on low for 2-3 hours before desired serving times. In a pinch this recipe could be done in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
