Crock Pot Ham Sweet Potatoes Recipes

CROCK POT HAM & SWEET POTATOES

Steps:

• Place sweet potatoes in crock pot, and put ham on top.
• Combine brown sugar and mustard, and spread on ham.
• Cover & cook on low setting 8-10 hours.

SLOW-COOKER HAM AND SWEET POTATOES

Steps:

• Spray 6-quart oval slow cooker with cooking spray.
• Make cuts about 1 inch apart and 1/4 inch deep in diamond pattern in top of ham. Place ham cut side down in center of slow cooker. Arrange potatoes and onion evenly around ham. Pour broth on top of potatoes and onion.
• In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture on top of ham, potatoes and onion.
• Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours or until potatoes are tender and instant-read thermometer inserted in center of ham reads at least 145°F. Remove ham to cutting board; cover loosely with foil, and let stand 15 minutes.
• To serve, cut ham into slices, and transfer to serving dish. With slotted spoon, transfer potatoes and onions to serving dish with ham. Spoon some of the cooking juices on top of ham, if desired.

SLOW COOKER SWEET POTATOES

Steps:

• Toss the sweet potatoes with the cornstarch in a bowl to coat well. Add the mixture to a slow cooker and dot with the butter. Sprinkle over the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cayenne. Pour in the vanilla, orange juice and 1/4 cup water. Season with salt. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low, stirring once or twice, until the potatoes are tender, about 3 hours.
• Toss the potatoes once more and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with the walnuts and parsley and serve.

CROCK POT SWEET POTATOES

Steps:

• Lightly grease a slow cooker bowl.
• In a large bowl, blend sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup butter and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Beat in orange juice, eggs, and milk.
• Transfer this mixture to the prepared slow cooker bowl.
• In a small bowl, combine pecans, 1/3 cup brown sugar, flour and 2 teaspoons butter.
• Spread the mixture over the sweet potatoes. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

CROCK POT SWEET POTATOES

Steps:

• Place sweet potatoes in a 2- 3 1/2 quart crock pot.
• Mix remaining ingredients, except nuts, and pour over top of potatoes.
• Cover and cook on low heat setting 6- 8 hours or until potatoes are very tender.
• Sprinkle toasted nuts over potatoes before serving.

CROCK POT HAM AND POTATOES

Steps:

• Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in crock pot.
• Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese.
• Repeat with remaining half.
• Spoon undiluted soup over top.
• Sprinkle with paprika.
• Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4 hours.
