This is such a decadent chocolate cake. Sour cream makes it very moist. The cream cheese Oreo filling is so delicious, make sure not to taste too much of it so there's some for the cake (it's that good). Drizzling fudge over the cake takes this over the top. Ingredients

1 box dark fudge cake mix
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c sour cream
3 large eggs
1/2 c mik
WHIPPING CREAM OREO FILLING
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8 oz.
1/2 c sugar
2 c heavy wipping cream
12 coarsley chopped Oreo's
CAKE TOPPING
1 c of previous whipping cream filling
8 coarsely chopped Oreo's
1 jar(s) hot fudge sauce, warmed
10 Oreo's cut in half

Steps:

1. Mix cake mix, sour cream, milk, oil, and eggs together on low for 1 minute. After 1 minute, scrape down sides and mix batter an additional 2 minutes.
2. Divide batter between the two 9 inch pans. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Remove cakes and place them on a cooling rack to completely cool.
4. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Beat sugar and cream cheese together until smooth.
6. Fold whipping cream and Oreo's into cream cheese mixture.
7. Reserve 1 cup of the whipping cream mixture to use on top of the cake.
8. To assemble the cake, place one cake on a tray. Top with remaining whipped cream. Then add the second cake. Frost cake with the cup of reserved whipped cream. You can either frost the entire cake or just frost the top of the cake with the whipped cream. Warm-up some hot fudge sauce and drizzle around the edges of the cake. Crush more Oreo's and place them on top of the cake. Take the Oreo halves and place them around the edge as decorations.

1 box fudge cake mix
1 3/4 c milk
2 large eggs
1 small pkg. chocolate pudding mix
filling
16 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 c sugar
2 large eggs
12 oreo cookies crushed
glaze
12 oz dark chocolate chips
1/4 c butter cut into pieces
1/4 c heavy cream

Steps:

1. Mix cake mix, milk, eggs and pudding mix. Place half of the batter in greased bundt pan.
2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs well. fold in cookies. Pour over top cake mixture. Pour the other half of batter over top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Invert onto platter and cool.
4. Melt chips, butter, and cream in microwave and drizzle over cake
