Chicken Wing Dip -- AKA, Buffalo Chicken Dip -- is warm, creamy, and loaded with cheese, chicken, and wing sauce. It's the perfect chicken wing dip recipe for parties and ideal for game day, football watching, or Super Bowl!

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar, Colby-Jack, or Monterrey Jack cheese (DIVIDED )
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Celery sticks, baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in wing sauce, bleu cheese dressing, diced chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, and blue cheese crumbles (if using). Spread in a shallow 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm with desired dippers.

This tastes just like hot chicken wings, but without the mess. It is very addicting, and is perfect for football and tailgating season. Serve with tortilla chips. I take this whenever I have to bring a dish and am always asked for the recipe.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Mix in the Ranch dressing, chicken and Cheddar cheese. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. If oil collects on the top, dab it off using a paper towel. Serve with tortilla chips.

This is a recipe that I made quite often for my co workers, I still make it on occasion and send into the office as a treat. Have been asked so many times for the recipe that I thought maybe I should post it. Hope you enjoy!

1 1/2 pkg chicken tenders
1 2/3 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 pkg cheddar cheese (brick 8 oz)
1 bottle country sweet or boss sauce (16 oz mild)
1 bottle bleu cheese or ranch dressing (16 oz) i prefer mixing both
2 can(s) chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1. Cook chicken tenders in broth and water until tender; While tenders are cooking shred Cheddar Cheese.
  • 2. Microwave Cream Cheese until softened, add dressing, 12 oz. of BBQ Sauce and Cheddar Cheese. Mix throughly.
  • 3. When chicken is done and cooled either shread or chop in small pieces and add to the mixture. Place mixture in insert from small crock pot and put in oven on 325 for 25 minutes or till cheese is melted and bubbles at the side. Place insert back in crockpot ,set on warm, drizzle more BBQ sauce on top and serve warm with Tostito's Scoops or Corn Chips-

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, divided
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
1-1/4 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast
1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon dressing mix. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk and remaining dressing mix. If desired, stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate until serving., In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese and wing sauce. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza crust dough and pat into a 14x12-in. rectangle. Cut into 24 squares., Place 1 rounded tablespoon chicken mixture on the center of each square. Pull corners together to enclose filling; pinch to seal. Place 1 in. apart on greased baking sheets, seam side down. Brush tops with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture., Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dressing.

I first tried this buffalo chicken wing dip at my neighbor's picnic. A friend of theirs brought it and we munched on it all night til it was gone! I love this recipe for picnics, potlucks and tailgate parties. It's a much less messy way of enjoying chicken wings. My oldest son loves it. You can make it as spicy hot as you want...or leave it mild. It's best served warm, but you can also eat it cool.

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 (12 ounce) bottle hot sauce (use whole bottle or just half, if desired)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) bottle bleu cheese salad dressing (or can use ranch or 8 oz blue cheese and ranch)
2/3 cup chopped celery
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 3 cups monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend

Steps:

  • Preaheat oven top 350.
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, celery and cheese.
  • In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine cream cheese and salad dressing and stir until smooth. Stir in bottle of hot sauce ( don't have to use entire bottle if you want it milder). Pour heated mixture into bowl with chicken mixture. Stir to mix well.
  • Pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly----make sure top doesn't get browned. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm OR cold-----tastes best warm--- with celery or other veggies and crackers.
