Cheesy Mac Topped Casserole Recipes

MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around the edge of pan. Remove from the heat; stir in the cheese and butter. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir until cheese is almost melted. Stir in bread crumbs. In a bowl, combine the macaroni, egg yolks, pimientos, parsley, onion and salt. Stir in cheese mixture; mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into macaroni mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.

CHEESY MAC-TOPPED CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375°F.
• Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat with garlic and oregano in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes and beans.
• Spoon meat mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with Dinner. Cover.
• Bake 30 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven. Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 5 min. or until melted.

CHEESY MAC-TOPPED CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375*F. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat with garlic and oregano in large nonstick skillet; drain. Add tomatoes with their liquid and the beans; mix well.
• Spoon meat mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish; top evenly with prepared Dinner. Cover with foil.
• Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
