CHEESY CHICKEN WRAPS
Super quick and easy chicken that is easily varied! This is great to play with: add part of a ranch seasoning packet, garlic, or maybe add some scallions. You can also switch up the cheeses! Great with pepper jack cheese. When I make it fairly plain my son likes to dip the roll ups in ranch.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Place chicken breasts into a large pot and cover with salted water by several inches; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove chicken from water and cool. Shred chicken using two forks.
- Thoroughly mix Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Stir chicken into cheese mixture.
- Separate crescent roll dough and lay each piece flat on a work surface. Spread chicken-cheese mixture onto each piece of dough and roll dough into crescent roll shapes. Place rolls on prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and rolls are golden, 20 to 25 minutes.

CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STUFFED CRESCENT ROLLS
We can do this two ways. You can dollop each individual crescent and roll them up the traditional way. Or you can leave two crescents together, pinch the seams at the perforation, making a rectangle and pile double the amount in. Then just gently pull the corners up and pinch it perfect.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken with some salt and pepper and sear on one side for 5 minutes. Flip and sear for 5 minutes more. Transfer the chicken to a plate to let cool for 5 minutes, then give it a good chop.
- Meanwhile, add the broccoli to a food processor and pulse until finely minced. While the chicken is resting, add the broccoli to the skillet with a pinch of salt and saute until the broccoli slightly wilts and pops in color, 3 to 5 minutes, adding a little oil if needed.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, mozzarella, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt in a large bowl until fully incorporated.
- Roll the crescents out two ways: You can unfold each individual triangle and dollop about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the thicker end, rolling it up to make sure the tip is on top. Or you can unroll two crescents together to make a rectangle, pinch them together at the perforation, dollop about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture in the center and gently pull the corners together on top, pinching to seal.
- Place the crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg. Sprinkle each with the Parmesan and bake until golden brown on top, 14 to 20 minutes depending on their size. Serve with any dipping sauces you prefer.
CHEESY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CROISSANT WRAP
I love this recipe. It's quick and easy and so yummy! My mom used to make it for us all the time when I was younger. It helped feed me through college and I still love it today. I also really like as leftovers, surprisingly it is also good served cold. You could probably make thousands of variations. I don't use all of the broccoli or cheese, but you can. Or you can pick up 2 tubes of the crescents and make the circle larger.. When you add the chicken, cheese and broccoli it will look like a sun with a mound of ingredients in the middle. I normally use the Kraft 4-Cheese Blend, but you can use whatever you like. Hope you enjoy it!

Steps:
- Cook broccoli using box directions - boil, strain, etc.
- Set aside broccoli.
- Open crescents and unroll dough.
- Separate crescents by periferated edges.
- On your cookie sheet, create a sun-like shape by laying crescent triangles in a circle with the wider edges touching. You can mush the dough to make an area in the center to add the ingredients, but leave a small hole.
- Open chicken and add to middle of crescent circle (don't cover the hole).
- Add broccoli on top of chicken.
- Add cheese on top of ingedients in order to melt and attach the ingredients.
- Using the pointy parts of the crescents, fold the crescents over the mound of ingredients towards the hole in the center. Stretch and manipulate the dough as needed to cover the majority of the wrap. You can leave slits and will be able to see some of the ingredients inside.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 11-13 minutes or until wrap is golden brown.
- Let the wrap cool for a couple of minutes.
- To serve, slice like a bundt cake.

CHICKEN BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CRESCENT RING
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F
- Mix the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl. Then add the chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
- On a greased cookie sheet, lay each crescent triangle down in a circle so that the wide side slightly overlaps to make a circle and the pointed side points out.
- Scoop the mixture evenly around the circle, then pull the points gently over the top of the chicken mixture to secure the ring.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
BROCCOLINI IN BLANKETS
Steps:
- Set an oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over broccolini and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange the broccolini in a single layer on the prepared sheet tray. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely.
- Lay crescent rolls on the counter and divide into the precut triangles. Lay a half slice of cheese on the wide part of the dough, squirt or spread about 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, then roll each dough around a broccolini stem to just below the floret. It's ok if the cheese peeks out a little, it will just be crunchy cheese bits.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, evenly spaced apart. Beat the egg with a little bit of water, then brush on each roll. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and flaky salt. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crescent is golden brown and puffed and the broccolini edges are browned. Eat immediately or you can keep them in the fridge for a snack. Serve with ranch dressing, for dipping.
CHICKEN CRESCENT WREATH
Here's an impressive-looking dish that's a snap to prepare. Even when my cooking time is limited, I can still serve this delicious crescent wreath. The red pepper and green broccoli add a festive touch. -Marlene Denissen, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin
