Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños Recipes

BACON WRAPPED CHEESY STUFFED JALAPEñOS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (best for clean-up) or a silicone baking mat. Place a baking rack on top of the baking sheet. Set aside.
• Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and center membrane. Set aside.
• Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and paprika together until combined. You could also do this by hand using a rubber spatula. Salt to taste - I add just a pinch. Spoon filling equally among all 24 jalapeño halves.
• Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and stick a toothpick through the center to assure the bacon stays in place. Place each on the baking rack and bake for 25-28 minutes or until the bacon is crisp to your liking. I like to turn the oven to broil for the last minute or two to get things extra crispy. Serve immediately. Cover leftovers and keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

BACON CHEDDAR JALAPENO POPPERS

Steps:

• Preheat the broiler.
• Cut Cheddar cheese into 12 slices long enough to fit inside the jalapeno halves. Insert cheese slices into the halves. Wrap the jalapeno halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick, if necessary. Place on a medium baking sheet.
• Broil 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bacon is evenly brown.

BACON CHEDDAR JALAPENOS

Steps:

• In a small bowl, mix the cheddar and cream cheese. Cut and discard tops from jalapenos; remove the seeds. Fill each with 2 teaspoons cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a bacon piece; secure with a toothpick., Grill jalapeños, covered, over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning frequently. If desired, serve with guacamole and sour cream.

CREAM CHEESE BACON WRAPPED JALAPENOS

Steps:

• Peel Shrimp.
• Mix in large plastic baggie olive oil, dry seasoning, and shrimp. Set aside.
• Cut stems off jalapenos, slice in half and discard the insides.
• Fill the inside of each jalapeno with cream cheese.
• Top each with shrimp.
• Wrap a slice of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick.
• Put it on the grill for about 10 minutes or until bacon and shrimp are done.

BACON-WRAPPED JALAPENO POPPERS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
• Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes.

CHEESY BACON WRAPPED JALAPENOS

Steps:

• Cut jalapeños from top to bottom on one side (don't cut them all the way through).
• Under the sink, wash out and gut the insides of the jalapeños.
• Cut and place pieces of cheese to fit inside the jalapeños.
• Wrap the jalapeños with a strip of bacon (be sure not to wrap them too tight, the bacon will shrink).
• Put a tooth pick through the jalapeño to hold the bacon in place.
• Grill jalapeños on a BBQ flipping constantly until bacon is done, usually no more than 5-10 minutes. Be careful of large flames.
• Serve immediately or refrigerate and heat up in oven.
