2 pounds ground beef
¾ cup bread crumbs
½ cup minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Ketchup and mustard to preference for glaze

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper just until the mixture comes together. Do not over-mix.
  • If using the pinwheel method, flatten your meat mixture into a 14x18 rectangle on a piece of wax paper.
  • Spread your shredded cheese on the center of your meat mixture. Leave a ¾ inch border around the edges.
  • Start forming your pinwheel loaf by rolling up your mixture like a jelly roll.
  • Pinch both ends, making sure the cheese is fully closed in.
  • Place in a 10x15 baking dish.
  • Cook for 1 hour or until the center reaches 160 degrees F.
  • If adding a glaze, put your oven temperature to 400 degree F and caramelize the glaze for 10 minutes.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

6 slices Texas toast, cubed
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds ground beef
6 strips crisp cooked bacon, chopped
2 large eggs
2 red onions; 1 finely chopped and 1 thinly sliced
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces Cheddar, cut into small cubes, plus 1 cup grated Cheddar
1/4 cup grated yellow onion (from about 1/2 onion)
Dill pickle chips, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a broiler pan with nonstick spray.
  • Mix together the bread and milk in a bowl and set aside.
  • Add the ground beef, bacon, eggs, chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to a large bowl. Add the soaked bread and mix with your hands, trying to keep the mixture light. Gently mix in the cubed Cheddar, making sure to distribute it evenly throughout the meat.
  • Form the meat mixture into a loaf approximately 6 to 8 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches thick on the prepared pan. Mix the grated yellow onion with the remaining 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in another bowl. Spread half of the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Tent the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove the foil, add the rest of the sauce and continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and the meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle, another 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle on the grated Cheddar and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before removing to a platter.
  • Slice and serve with the sliced red onions and dill pickle chips.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for greasing
1 red onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup ketchup
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup bread and butter pickles, chips, chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/3-inch cubes
2 lbs new potatoes
3/4 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees; lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet.
  • In a medium skillet, heat 2 T olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and cook, stirring until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
  • In large bowl, combine the ketchup, bread crumbs, eggs and pickles; mix in the onion.
  • Crumble in the beef, add the cheese and mix together.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and shape into a 4-by-12-inch loaf.
  • Bake until an instant thermometer inserted into the center registers 160 degrees, about 35 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, halve the potatoes and place them in a large pot with enough salted water to cover by an inch.
  • Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until tender, 10-15 minutes.
  • Drain, return to the pot and mash with the cream.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with the mashed potatoes.
  • Note: Freeze leftovers for up to a month, then reheat in 350 degrees oven.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork.
  • Add water and oatmeal and let stand until liquid is absorbed (about 5 minutes) Stir in remaining ingredients, except meat; mix well.

1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Cut each of three cheese slices into four strips; set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine egg and tomato juice; stir in oats, onion, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon granules, garlic powder and pepper.

2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
350g self-raising flour , plus more for dusting
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
85g cold butter , cut into cubes
150g pot natural full-fat yogurt
4 tbsp full-fat milk
250g cooked new potato , sliced
1 tsp chopped rosemary , plus extra small sprigs
50g parmesan (or vegetarian alternative), grated
85g gruyère , half diced, half grated

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a medium pan, then gently fry the garlic for 10 mins until softened but not coloured. Set aside. Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7.
  • Put the flour, salt and baking powder into a food processor, then whizz in the butter until it disappears. Tip into a large bowl, then make a well in the middle. Warm the yogurt and milk together in a microwave for 1 min or in a pan; it should be hot and may well go a bit lumpy-looking. Tip into the bowl and quickly work into the flour mix using a cutlery knife. As soon as it's all in, stop.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface, bring it together with floured hands, then press out to a large rectangle. Scatter over the potatoes, chopped rosemary, garlic, some of its oil and most of the cheese. Knead a few times, shape into a round, then lift onto a floured baking sheet.
  • Score the top, scatter with the rest of the cheese, poke in a few rosemary sprigs, then drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake for 25 mins until risen, golden and sizzling around the edges. Best eaten just warm.

2 TBL Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Chili Powder
1 lb Red Bliss Potatoes Quartered
3 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup Fresh Water
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 tsp TOG House Seasoning
Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 TBL Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Onion (finely diced)
1 clove Fresh Garlic (minced)

Steps:

  • Mix together Beef, Oatmeal, Egg, Evaporated Milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Garlic Power, Pepper, Chili Powder. Press 3/4 of the Mixture into Bundt Pan, making a well in the middle. Stuff with Cheese and Onions. Cover with remaining Meatloaf Mixture and gently press to seal. Add Olive Oil, Fresh Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Water to Pressure Cooker cooking pot. Place a Steaming Tray with Potato Wedges into cooking pot. Place Bundt Pan on top. Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook at High Pressure for 15 minutes. When Beep sounds, carefully, release the Pressure and remove the Lid. Remove Meatloaf and cover to keep warm. Select Sauté/Browning on Pressure Cooker. Dump Potatoes into cooking pot and allow to brown, while liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with Seasoned Salt and serve with Cheeseburger Meatloaf. Sauce While Meatlof is cooking, combine all BBQ Sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until Meatloaf and Potatoes are ready to serve.
