PAWHUSKA PROHIBITION PUNCH

Steps:

• Squeeze the juice of 1 of the oranges into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Pour in the whiskey, cola and the juice from the cherries. Stir gently.
• Juice the remaining 2 oranges and add to the pitcher.
• Serve in glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with an orange wedge and a cherry.

BRANDY AND BLOOD ORANGE PUNCH

Steps:

• In a 4-quart bowl, arrange 1 sliced blood orange in concentric circles. Add the blackberries and cover with the orange juice and lemon lime soda. Place in the freezer overnight.
• In a punch bowl, add the ice block, blood orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, brandy, raspberry or blackberry liqueur and peach schnapps. Pour in the seltzer. Ladle into rocks glasses or stemless wine glasses and serve chilled.

CASTAWAY PUNCH

Steps:

• Fill an ice cube tray with cranberry juice and freeze overnight for cranberry ice cubes.
• Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
• Add cranberry ice cubes to punch.

CHRISTMAS SHERBET PUNCH

Steps:

• Make sure all the ingredients are very cold. Scoop the sherbet into a large punch bowl, then pour in the cranberry juice and ginger ale and stir gently.

ROSé PUNCH

Steps:

• Add the champagne, pomegranate juice, orange liqueur, and vodka to a punch bowl and stir to combine. Add large sphere or square cubes of ice and garnish with lime wheels, orange wheels, and raspberries. Use a ladle to pour the cocktail and garnishes into glasses.

CARIBBEAN CASTAWAY PUNCH

Steps:

• Stir first 7 ingredients in large punch bowl. Refrigerate until cold. (Can be made 6 hours ahead. Keep refrigerated.).
• Add block of ice or ice cubes to bowl with punch. Ladle punch into glasses.
