SIMPLE FRUIT PUNCH RECIPE
Easy fruit punch made with a variety of frozen juice concentrates. Perfect for summer parties!

Steps:
- Combine the fruit concentrates in a large bowl or pitcher.
- Mash the concentrate (this makes it easier for mixing)
- Pour in the ice water, and mix until all the concentrate dissolves.
- Once everything is well mixed, sprinkle in the lime concentrate.
- Pour the simple fruit punch in a large punch bowl, or pitchers with ice.
- Serve and enjoy within 2 hours of making!

- 1. Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add fruit, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Spread in 15"x10"x2" greased pan. Sprinkle top with coconut and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- 2. While the cake is baking make the Glaze.
- 3. Combine all glaze ingredients. Cook at medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes.
- 4. Drizzle on cake as soon as you bring the cake out of the oven.

- Shaking tin.
- Cocktail strainer.
- Preparation:
- Do ahead: In blender, purée entire can of tropical fruit salad until smooth. Set tropical fruit purée into a separate bowl/pitcher. Rinse blender bowl and return to base.
- To make one drink: In martini shaker, add 3 ounces tropical fruit purée and white cranberry juice. Fill martini shaker with ice, and shake vigorously 12 times. Pour into pint glass; top with ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

- Champagne Fruit Punch: Substitute four 750-milliliter bottles of champagne or dry white wine for the ginger ale.
- Combine water and the frozen concentrates; stir to dissolve.
- Stir in the pineapple juice, sugar, and lime juice; stir to dissolve sugar.
- Chill.
- To serve, pour half the juice mix over ice in a punch bowl.
- Slowly pour in 2 bottles of the ginger ale and 1 bottle of the carbonated water.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with oranges if desired.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients when needed.
