Candy corn + vodka + one week = an oh-so classy (ha) liqueur that's perfect for the season. And also perfect for getting that dang hard-to-resist candy corn out of your sight.

Ingredients

1/2 cup candy corn
1 1/2 cups vodka
Equipment
1 16- ounce or larger mason jar or other airtight glass jar

Steps:

Add candy corn to mason jar. Pour vodka over the top.
Seal and place in a dark cupboard or pantry for one week, shaking occasionally to help distribute the solids.
Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to discard any solids.
Chill if desired and serve straight up, or any other way you dream up.

Ingredients

1/2 cup candy corn
1 1/2 cups vodka
2 ounces orange liqueur
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 large egg white
Candy corn, for garnish

Steps:

Infuse the vodka: Combine the candy corn and vodka in an airtight container; set aside for at least 3 hours, then strain.
Make the cordials: Add 4 ounces of the candy corn vodka, the orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with candy corn.

1 pint vodka
1 cup candy corn
honey

Steps:

Pour vodka into a jar or bottle big enough to give some extra space.
Add candycorns. Close with cap or lid.
Let steep for 1 week or until candycorn dissolves completely, occassionally shaking the jar or bottle.
Strain out solids using a strainer, then a coffee filter.
Add honey to personal taste.
Chill this if you like.
