BROWNIE-BOTTOM CHEESECAKE BARS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add 2 cups sugar; mix well. Stir in 3 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 20 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, and remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add remaining eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour cream cheese batter over partially baked brownie. (Cream cheese mixture will come almost to top of pan.) Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool.
- Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 min. before serving. Meanwhile, melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package.
- Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan. Drizzle with chocolate; let stand until firm before cutting cheesecake into bars.

- In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto the bottom and 1-1/2 in. up the sides of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Place pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square); securely wrap foil around pan. Place pan on a baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs; beat just until combined. Stir in 2-1/2 cups chopped candy bars. Pour into crust. Place springform pan in a large baking pan; add 1 in. of hot water to larger pan. , Bake at 325° for 75-80 minutes or until center is just set and top appears dull. Remove springform pan from water bath. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight., Top with remaining chopped candy bars; drizzle with additional chocolate syrup.

- In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside 1/4 cup. Stir remaining dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined. Toss Snickers pieces with reserved flour mixture; stir into batter. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with milk chocolate candy bar pieces. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Chill before cutting.
