FROZEN HAWAIIAN PIE

- In a large bowl, combine milk and whipped topping. Fold in the pineapple, walnuts, cherries and lemon juice. Pour half into each crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. , Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving. If desired, top with mint, additional walnuts and cherries.

No-bake Two minute Pie, ok then, the kids can do this ! No oven with this hot summer sun is coming up ! I may be in my 80's but not old that old, the great-great-grand kids can show me a thing or two.

- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended, and add coconut if desired; blending into mixture.
- Pour mixture into pie crust, and you're done!!!
- Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.

TWO MINUTE HAWAIIAN PIE
This pie actually does just take a few minutes to prepare. I could have made one in the time it took to post this recipe. My Nephew's wife gave me this recipe years ago and I used to make it all of the time. It's really delicious. I forgot I had it until I started looking for something to post. I hope you will enjoy it.
