  • To prepare this delicious dish, first, neatly wash and clean broccoli, baby corn, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, beans, onion, garlic, ginger under running water. Then, finely chop all the vegetables separately on a chopping board.
  • Now, take a large-sized nonstick pan and place it on medium flame. Then, add and heat refined oil in it. Next, add chopped garlic, chopped onions to the pan. Saute them until they become golden-brown in colour. Once done, turn the flame off and keep it aside.
  • Next, take a deep-bottomed vessel and place it on high flame. Then, pour and boil a good amount of water in it. Now, transfer the dry noodles in it and cook them until they become tender. Once done, drain the water and keep it aside for a while.
  • Now, take a mixer-grinder jar and add onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, turmeric powder in it. Then, blend the ingredients at maximum speed until you get a fine paste.
