Ingredients

1 package fudge brownie mix (8-inch square pan size)
1-1/4 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups whipped topping
2 cups mixed fresh berries
Chocolate syrup and chopped pecans

Steps:

Prepare brownie batter according to package directions; spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. , Bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean, 18-22 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over brownie crust. , Top with berries and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate until chilled.

My mom used to make this before little league games. It's an oldie but probably still my favorite home-cooked dish. Its simple, quick, and everyone loves it!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
¾ cup instant rice

Steps:

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; season with salt and black pepper.
Drain excess grease from the ground beef mixture; transfer to a casserole dish.
Stir the cream of chicken soup, chicken noodle soup, and instant rice through the ground beef mixture; season again with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven until the edges begin to bubble, 40 to 45 minutes.
