Ingredients

1 link chorizo sausage, chopped
1/4 lb bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil, if needed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 lb lima beans
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

Fry bacon and chorizo for 5 minutes.
Add onion and fry 10 minutes.
Add oil - if needed- then add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil,reduce heat,and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve.
