CASSEROLE FOR A CROWD

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a greased roasting pan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. , Combine flour and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into stew.
