1 1/2 c. shredded Pepper Jack
1 clove garlic, minced
Kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
12 jalapeños
12 slices bacon, halved

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Pepper Jack, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Halve jalapeños lengthwise, then use a spoon to remove seeds and veins. Fill with cheese mixture and wrap each with a halved slice of bacon.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake until bacon is crispy and peppers are tender, about 25 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Pepper Jack, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Halve jalapeños lengthwise, then use a spoon to remove seeds and veins. Fill with cheese mixture and wrap each with a halved slice of bacon.

1 (8-oz). pckg. cream cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
8 jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
8 slices Wright Brand bacon
Fresh dill for garnish, optional
16 toothpicks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • With a hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Fill each of the hollowed jalapeño halves with 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
  • Cut each slice of bacon in half so there are 16 shorter pieces of bacon. Wrap each jalapeño in a piece of bacon and insert a toothpick to hold the bacon in place; transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining stuffed jalapeños.
  • Bake until bacon is cooked through and the cheese begins to brown in spots, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing toothpicks. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh dill if desired.

1/2 cup shredded smoked Gouda (about 2 ounces)
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar (about 2 ounces)
2 teaspoons finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
8 jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
8 slices bacon, halved crosswise

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Add the cream cheese, smoked Gouda, Cheddar, chives, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture between the jalapeño halves, pressing to fill all the way to the top edge.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeño so the ends of the bacon lie underneath. Place the wrapped jalapeños, stuffed-side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is crispy and the cheese mixture is just beginning to bubble out from the top and bottom of the jalapeños, 16 to 18 minutes. Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Cheddar, cilantro, salt, pepper and green onions.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture. Wrap the bacon tightly around the jalapenos, overlapping slightly.

4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or finely chopped green onions
6 jalapeño chiles (2 to 3 inch), halved lengthwise, seeded

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Soak toothpicks in small bowl of warm water to prevent burning. Line large rimmed cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place bacon on foil; bake about 12 minutes or until soft and pliable. Transfer to paper-towel lined plate. Discard foil and bacon drippings, or reserve for another use. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In small bowl, mix cream cheese and chives. Spoon or pipe mixture evenly into chile halves.
  • Wrap 1 piece of bacon over top and sides of each stuffed chile half; secure with soaked toothpick. Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and chiles are tender. Serve warm.

20 fat green jalapeño chillies
150g cream cheese
75g mozzarella , chopped into chunks
20g parmesan , grated
10 rashers smoked streaky bacon
dips , to serve

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Cut a slit in each chilli from top to bottom and scoop out the seeds and white pith with a teaspoon. Mash the cheeses together with some seasoning and stuff the mixture into the chillis.
  • Halve each slice of bacon and wrap a piece around each chilli. Cook for 35-40 mins until the bacon is crisp. Serve with your favourite dips and beware - some of the chillies will be spicier than others!
