- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2-1/2 cups vanilla chips and the chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Microwave for 1-2 minutes; stir until smooth. Immediately add marshmallows, cereal and walnuts., Spread evenly on a 13-in. pizza pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Arrange cherries on top; sprinkle with coconut. , Microwave the remaining vanilla chips on high for 1 minute. Add oil and stir until smooth. Drizzle over pizza. Chill until firm. Serve at room temperature.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CANDY PIZZA

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and egg with spoon. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Pat dough in ungreased 12-inch disposable pizza pan.
- Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until edge is set. Cool at least 30 minutes.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat all Peanut Butter Sauce ingredients over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Spread over cookie pizza. Top with peanuts and candies. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.

Stir in the cereal, marshmallows and peanuts. , Spread into a 10-in. circle on a greased pizza pan or foil-covered cardboard cake circle., Sprinkle with coconut and top with cherries. Melt remaining white chocolate; drizzle over pizza. Refrigerate until set.

- 1. Heat oven to 350F.
- 2. Stir cookie mix, oil & egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms. Press dough into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan & make narrow rim around the edge of pan. Sprinkle choice of toppings on dough & then sprinkle coconut over toppings.
- 3. Bake for 10 mins & remove then sprinkle marshmallows on top. Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until mallows are lightly browned & cookie is set at edge.
- 4. Cool completely in pan for about 1 hour, then drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top & then cut into 12 wedges.
#1 CHOCOLATE CANDY PIZZA

- Melt 28 ounces (about 5 cups) chocolate candy coating with 3 tablespoons solid vegetable shortening in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl that fits snugly over a saucepan. The water in the bottom pan should be hot, but not boiling. Stir the mixture frequently with a wooden or plastic spoon until melted. Spread in 12-inch round foil pan.Arrange about 2 cups toppings such as candied red and green cherry halves, pecan halves and coconut over pizza, pressing as needed. Drizzle with White Chocolate Glaze or Vanilla Glaze (see below). Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Overwrap with foil to retain freshness. Store in a cool place.White Chocolate GlazeMelt 2 ounces cut-up white chocolate or white candy coating with 1/2 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl that fits snugly over a saucepan. The water in the bottom pan should be hot, but not boiling. Stir the mixture frequently with a wooden or plastic spoon until melted. If mixture is too thick to drizzle, add an additional 1/4 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening.Vanilla GlazeIn a small bowl, stir 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons water, 1/2 teaspoon solid vegetable shortening and 1 drop vanilla extract until blended. Stir in a tiny drop of yellow food color if desired, (Dip a wooden pick into food color, then dip into glaze.)
