2 oz. Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
3 Dashes Woodford Reserve® Aromatic Bitters
2 Dashes Woodford Reserve® Orange Bitters

Steps:

  • Add ingredients to the mixing glass.
  • Add ice to mixing glass and serving glass.
  • Stir ingredients for 30-40 secs.
  • Strain into serving glass.
  • Garnish with a lightly expressed orange peel.

4 ounces bourbon
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus 2 thinly sliced lemon rounds for serving
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves

Steps:

  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan or tea kettle. Remove from heat and divide between two mugs. Divide bourbon, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves between mugs. Let stand 5 minutes, then stir and serve, garnished with lemon rounds.

Steps:

  • Fill four glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice. To shaker, add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and apple cider; shake vigorously. Strain into glasses and top each with a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired.

1 cup catsup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup honey
4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1/2 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh ginger, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup woodford reserve kentucky Bourbon

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except bourbon in a sauce pan and simmer on stovetop for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Take off heat and add bourbon.
  • Sauce can be thinned with water and used to marinate meat before barbecuing.

16 ounces apple cider
6 ounces Woodford Reserve Select Bourbon
2 ounces ginger syrup (see below)
2 ounces Tuaca liqueur\
2 ounces white creme de cacao
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Heat apple cider in a saucepan until hot. Combine the bourbon, syrup, Tuaca and ground cinnamon in Irish coffee mugs and mix well. Add the hot cider to the bourbon mixture an stir. Garnish with the cinnamon sticks. Makes 4 servings. Ginger Syrup: 2 cups sugar 1 cup water 1 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh gingerroot Bring the sugar, water and gingerroot to a boil in a medium saucepan and reduce heat. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand until cool. Strain into a covered container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. The ginger flavor will fade with age.
