- In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the milk and half-and-half to just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla and whisk vigorously. Reheat very gently and serve with a vanilla bean as a stirrer in each cup.

- Serve with a dusting of cinnamon and a dusting of fine dark chocolate shavings.

Pour the hot water out the mug, and tip in the chocolate and vanilla. Pour over the hot milk and stir for 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Top with the cream, marshmallows and drizzle over the sauce with a pinch of sprinkles and cinnamon, if you like.
