White Chocolate Mocha Latte image

Creamy, delicious, and JUST like the Starbucks version, this White Chocolate Mocha Latte will cure all your sweet caffeine needs!

2/3 cup whole milk
6 tablespoon white chocolate chips
12 ounces strong coffee
Whipped cream (for topping)
Coffee beans (for garnish (optional))

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, heat milk and white chocolate chips over medium-low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
  • Brew strong coffee or espresso. (I used my Keurig on the 6 oz setting and made it twice to yield 12 ounces.)
  • Divide white chocolate mixture evenly between two coffee cups. Add 6 ounces of coffee to each cup.
  • Top with whipped cream, and coffee beans if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

2 Tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
Reddi-Wip

Steps:

  • In a medium size saucepan heat milk, half and half, white chocolate chips and instant coffee until chips are melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
  • Pour into coffee mugs and top with Reddi-Wip and a dusting of cocoa if desired.

One espresso shot
2 tbsp (30 grams) of white chocolate sauce
A serving of whipped cream

Steps:

  • The first step into making this recipe is brewing the espresso shot. Choose a coffee brewer you like the most.
  • Once your espresso is brewing, steam the whole milk.
  • Grab a tall glass and add the white chocolate sauce to the glass.
  • Pour the steamed milk into the glass.
  • Wait 30 seconds before moving on to get those fantastic latte layers.
  • Then, slowly pour the espresso coffee into the glass.
  • Finish the coffee with a serving of whipped cream. Add as much or as little whipped cream as you like.
  • Optionally, you can finish your white chocolate latte with some white chocolate curls.
