The BEST easy white chocolate blondies you've ever had! So simple to make and incredibly delicious to eat.

2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
12 Tablespoons UNSALTED butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1½ cups white chocolate chips
additional chocolate chips, for topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 370F degrees. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium size bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric or stand mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each egg.
  • Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX!
  • Using a spatula, stir in chocolate chips until combined.
  • Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Let bars cool completely before cutting into squares.

1 cup Butter
1 1/3 cup Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup White Chocolate Morsels or Shaved
1 cup Dried Cranberries

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly butter an 8-inch x 8-inch baking tray with greaseproof parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the sugar and salt.
  • Add the vanilla extract and whisk again. Remove from the heat.
  • Add the eggs to the butter mixture and stir well.
  • Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, and baking powder into a large bowl, then whisk in the egg and butter mixture.
  • Leave the mixture to cool slightly, then fold the butterscotch chips and the cranberries.
  • Spoon into the prepared cake tin and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the outer edges are firm and the middle is soft.
  • Leave to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes... then cut into squares before serving.

White Chocolate Blondies are soft and chewy dessert bars that are made with white chocolate chips.

1 cup (226g) unsalted butter
11 ounces white chocolate chips, (divided)
1¾ cups (350g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk, (room temperature)
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2½ cups (285g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper (or lightly grease and flour the pan). (You could use a 9x13-inch pan for more servings, but the bars will be thinner.)
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and half of the white chocolate chips. Melt in 20 second intervals, stirring in between each time. Continue until the mixture is creamy with no lumps. (This takes about 2 minutes.)
  • Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly (about 5 minutes).
  • To the melted chocolate mixture, add sugar. Stir well.
  • Add the eggs and the egg yolk, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually stir the flour mixture into the butter and egg mixture until completely combined. Fold in the remaining white chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges just begin to turn golden brown. (If you are using a 9x13-inch pan, bake for 25-30 minutes.)
  • Allow to cool before cutting and serving.

8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup butter, softened
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
¾ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup white sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, over barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy. With the mixer still running, gradually add the sugar and vanilla. Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture. Combine the flour and salt; fold into the white chocolate mixture using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
