WATERMELON MARGARITA HACK
Steps:
- Cut a hole slightly smaller than the top of a plastic cup on top of the watermelon and remove the skin. Using an immersion blender (or a single-beater electric hand mixer), push the blender in the hole, breaking down the flesh inside the melon until it starts to have a liquid consistency. Add the tequila and lime juice and blend to combine until you have an even, smooth consistency. Serve immediately.

- Pour salt in a shallow dish for dipping the rims of the glasses. Dip 4 martini glasses in water and then dip the rims in salt. Place in the freezer to frost, about 30 minutes. In a martini shaker shake together the orange-liqueur, Triple Sec, and tequila. Remove glasses from the freezer. Fill the bottom of each glass with the diced watermelon and pour alcohol mixture over the top, dividing evenly among the glasses. Slice lime into wedges and squeeze into glasses. Serve immediately.

- Cut 1 lime into 12 wedges; reserve for garnishes. If desired, coat the rim of each glass with sugar: Cut remaining lime into wedges. Using these wedges, moisten the rims of 12 margarita or cocktail glasses. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold each glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Discard remaining sugar., Place half the watermelon in a blender; cover and process until pureed (this should yield 3 cups). Add half each of the following: ice cubes, tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice. If desired, add sugar to taste. Cover and process until blended., Serve in prepared glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Garnish with reserved lime wedges.
