1 Tbsp. chopped black olives
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
4 slices Italian bread
2 romaine lettuce leaves
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Steps:

  • Mix mayo, olives and basil; spread onto bread slices.
  • Fill with remaining ingredients to make 2 sandwiches.

Here's what you need: tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, lean ground turkey, zucchini, yellow onion, garlic cloves, egg, dijon mustard, honey, Sauce, panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, fresh parsley, mozzarella cheese, parsley

Number Of Ingredients 19

1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup zucchini, shredded, squeezed gently of excess moisture with kitchen towels
1 cup yellow onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
1 egg, whisked
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons Sauce
½ cup panko bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 slices mozzarella cheese
parsley, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
  • Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Set aside.
  • Make the meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, zucchini, onion, garlic, egg, Dijon mustard, honey, 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley. Mix well.
  • Add half of the meatloaf mixture to a greased loaf pan and flatten to form an even layer.
  • Layer the cheese over the meatloaf layer. Top with the rest of the meatloaf and smooth the top.
  • Top the meatloaf with half of the tomato sauce mixture, using a spoon or rubber spatula to spread evenly. Reserve the rest of the tomato sauce.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reads 160˚F (70˚C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
  • When the meatloaf is cooked through, warm the reserved tomato sauce in the microwave or a skillet, then drizzle on top of the meatloaf.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides. (We used mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus.)
  • Enjoy!

2 Kaiser rolls, onion or poppy seed, sliced in half horizontally
1/4 cup basil puree or black olive tapenade
6 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
2 ounces grated smoked mozzarella cheese
Softened butter

Steps:

  • Preheat a griddle or cast iron skillet. Spread each side of split roll with pesto or tapenade. Layer some turkey and cheese on one half of roll and top with other half.
  • Add a couple of teaspoonfuls of butter to skillet and add roll. Top with aluminum foil, put heavy weight on top and cook the sandwich, weighted down, slowly for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn sandwich over, add a couple more teaspoonfuls of butter to skillet and cook weighted down until cheese has melted--another minute or so. Serve hot and eat with knife and fork. Serve with Fennel and Roasted Pepper Salad below.

1 round sourdough bread loaf (1-1/2 lb.), unsliced
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 spinach leaves, stems removed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Combos The Classic
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Hollow out bottom of loaf, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell. (Reserve removed bread for another use.) Brush dressing onto inside of bread shell.
  • Fill with layers of spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onions, deli meat, tomatoes, cucumbers and remaining cheese. Cover with top of bread loaf; wrap in foil.
  • Bake 45 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.
