BANANA SPLIT COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs until well combined. Fold in banana.
• Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool 20 minutes.
• In small microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Use spoon or fork to drizzle melted chocolate over cooled cookies. Let chocolate set before serving.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, whole eggs and mashed bananas with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into pan.
• Bake 38 to 42 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on High 20 seconds; stir. Microwave 5 to 10 seconds longer or until very soft and smooth; spread evenly over cake. Garnish as desired. Store loosely covered.

SOUTHERN STYLE BANANA SPLIT CAKE

Steps:

• Combine the graham cracker crumbs, white sugar and melted butter. Mix together and press into a 9x13 inch cake pan; refrigerate until chilled.
• Beat together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; spread over graham cracker crust.
• Layer bananas and pineapple over cream cheese mixture; cover fruit with whipped topping.
• Top with cherries and chopped nuts; refrigerate and serve chilled.

• Mix cake mix, peanut butter, oatmeal together.
• Mix egg and milk together and add to cake mix blend. Blend together until crumbly. Press into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
• Drizzle chocolate syrup over crust and top with sliced bananas.
• Mix whipped topping, mascarpone cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Spread over top. Refrigerate until serving.

• Oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl mash banana. Add egg, oil, nutmeg and half the dry cake mix to the bowl and beat on medium speed until well blended. Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Combine cake mix, pudding mix, flour, vegetable oil, eggs, and cornstarch in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips, cherries, marshmallows, sprinkles, and pecans; do not overmix. Use a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bottoms are just golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for 1 minute, then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely, about 25 minutes.
