An easy to make great cookie. The ultimate chocolate cookie.

Ingredients

48 hershey's kisses with almonds
1/2 c butter, softened
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
2-1/4 c flour, seasoned
1/3 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

1. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and milk; beat well.
2. Stir together dry ingredients, gradually add to butter mixture, beating well until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie .sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Gently press chocolate piece in center of each cookie; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
