Steps:
- Lightly oil one side of each tortilla.
- Thinly shred cabbage and mix with pumpkin seeds, spicy spot prawn mayo (recipe #387362 posted separately) and one quarter of the spice mix.
- Oil the tuna loin and season with remaining spice mix.
- In large very hot pan or very hot BBQ, sear tuna on all sides for 30 seconds per side and place on cutting board for slicing.
- In large very hot pan or very hot BBQ, lightly grill tortillas.
- Line grilled tortillas up evenly and slice in half.
- Position semi circles of tortilla with straight side on a forty five degree angle.
- Slice tuna loin in one quarter inch slices and place three slices on the middle of each tortilla.
- Add one quarter cup of cabbage mixture, 3 or 4 pea shoots and one heaping table spoon of onions on top of tuna slices.
- Take the bottom corner of tortilla to the top and pull back over mix leaving you with a cone shaped taco or tacone.
- - Serve with Spicy Spot Prawn Mayo, recipe #387362 contains prawns, oil, hot sauce, mirin, lime juice, sea salt, and mayonnaise.

SIMPLE TUNA FISH TACOS
Tuna tacos sounds funny, but these are delicious. I threw these together for dinner one night and now they're our favorite! If desired, serve with sour cream, fresh cilantro, and more hot sauce.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, green onions, garlic, cumin, and oregano; saute until tomatoes are very soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add drained tuna; gently break into bite-sized pieces and mix in. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook until tuna is warmed through, 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Stack 6 tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in the microwave until pliable, 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Spoon tuna mixture over warm tortillas.

SPICY SPOT PRAWN MAYO
This mayo is an ingredient in "Thetis Queen" Albacore Tuna Tacones. Both these receipes are a delicious find from a Victoria restaurant, Red Fish, Blue Fish. http://www.redfish-bluefish.com/ Be warned, this stuff is highly addictive! (The original recipe calls for sriracha which isn't a listed ingredient here, so I subbed Thai Hot Sauce.)

- Flash sear Prawns on high heat with canola oil.
- Add all ingredients except mayo to deglaze pan.
- Thoroughly food process all ingredients (except the prawns and mayo), then push through china cap or fine sieve into mayo and vigorously whip mixture into mayo with use of emersion blender.

FRESH TUNA TACOS

- In medium bowl, mix all Spicy Fresh Chile Sauce ingredients; set aside.
- Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Brush lime juice over fish steaks. Place fish on rack in broiler pan.
- Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes; turn. Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Break fish into large flakes or cut into 1-inch cubes. Spoon scant 1/2 cup fish into each tortilla. Top with lettuce, bell pepper and onion. Serve with chile sauce.

I first created this recipe for my and my husband's wedding anniversary. He loves fish tacos and he couldn't stop raving about these tacos! Serve on warm tortillas with mango salsa, thinly sliced cabbage, and creme fraiche.

- Combine oil, lime juice, vinegar, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, chili powder, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Add tuna and coat well. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
