Another recipe I got from my sister...she usually makes this at our family gatherings. I like to make it for New Years.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

1 jar(s) (16 ounce) grape jelly
1 - (12 ounce) bottle heinz® chili sauce
1 - (2 pound) bag frozen, pre-cooked, cocktail-size meatballs.
- remember to thaw out meatballs before cooking

Steps:

Combine sauces in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Add thawed meatballs. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. If you have more time you can cook them in a slow cooker, just combine sauces and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook 4 hours on HIGH.
I sometimes use the Little Smokies in place of the meatballs. Both ways are delicious....

One day my daughter called and ask me for a recipe for meatballs. Well I had not made meatballs in years but I pulled out this recipe and it has become a family favorite! She said if her sister knows shes making them she is on her doorstep! They are easy to make and can be added to your favorite sauce.

1 1/2 pound(s) extra lean ground beef
1 pound(s) italian pork sausage
3 large eggs
1 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1 can(s) tomato paste, italian (6 oz)
1 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375. In mixing bowl combine all items and mix together well. I use the dough hook on my mixer to mix mine it works fantastic!
scoop into meatballs about 1 and 1/2 inches round. Place in baking pan and bake in oven for about 25 minutes or until done. Now add to your favorite sauce and enjoy! Just that easy!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set a wire baking rack on the baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, Cheddar cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Using your hands, form into 36 3/4-ounce meatballs (about 1 inch wide) and place on the baking rack.
Remove meatballs from the oven. Replace baking sheet lining with clean aluminum foil and carefully transfer meatballs from the baking rack to the baking sheet. Warning– they’ll be hot! Cover with barbecue sauce and bake for an additional 7 minutes in the preheated oven until sauce is thick and meatballs are cooked through.
