Ingredients

(1) 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c sour cream
2 can(s) (16 ounces, each) refried beans
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c monterey jack cheese, shredded

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix in refried beans until combined. Stir in taco seasoning. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
2. Sprinkle the top with both cheeses. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese in melted and slightly browned. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Microwave cream cheese and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until cheese is softened. Remove from microwave. Mix with wire whisk until smooth. Add refried beans, green chiles, Seasoning Mix and 2 cups of the cheese; mix well.
Spread bean mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
