- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325° for 2-1/2 hours. , Meanwhile, for glaze, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; set aside. , Uncover ham; bake until a thermometer reads 140°, about 30 minutes longer, basting twice with 1-1/2 cups glaze. Serve remaining glaze with ham.

- Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. If desired, score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep. Insert cloves into the surface. Loosely cover ham with foil; bake 1-1/2 hours. , In a large saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in mustard., Pour 2 cups cranberry mixture over ham. Bake 20-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.

TASTE OF HOME CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM
I made my own homemade cranberry sauce instead of using canned. This is the most delicious ham I've ever made. Sue Seymour of Valatie, New York says she serves this for brunch and dinner at family reunions, weddings, graduations, holiday gatherings, and other events. - In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, steak sauce, oil, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes.
- Place the ham in a 2-gallon resealable bag.
- Add half of the cranberry mixture. Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning several times.
- Cover and refrigerate the remaining cranberry sauce.
- Drain and discard marinade from ham.
- Place ham on a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 3/4 hours.
- Place the reserved cranberry mixture in a small saucepan and heat through.
- Uncover ham and brush with cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 140, brushing with cranberry mixture every 15 minutes.
- Warm remaining cranberry sauce and serve with ham.
