6 submarine sandwich buns (about 9 inches), split
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 pound shaved deli ham
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
18 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese (1 ounce each)
1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
36 mild banana pepper rings
2 packages (3-1/2 ounces each) sliced pepperoni
1/4 pound thinly sliced hard salami

Steps:

  • On bottom half of sandwich buns, layer sausage, ham, pizza sauce, cheese, onion, banana peppers, pepperoni and salami. Replace tops. Wrap each sandwich in heavy-duty foil; place on baking sheets. Bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

8 slices Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
8 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 slices tomato
4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
24 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup butter, softened
Pizza sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • On four slices of bread, layer one slice of mozzarella, two slices of tomato, 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, a dash of garlic salt and six slices pepperoni. Top with remaining mozzarella and bread. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter., On a hot griddle, toast sandwiches until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with pizza sauce.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit. Toast the bread in a toaster-- do not burn or over-toast. After they're toasted, place on a plate and spread the pizza sauce over one side of both slices. Sprinkle one layer of cheese, then add a layer of pepperoni, then another layer of cheese on one slice. Place the other slice on top and put on a cookie sheet. 1/4 cup pasta sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
16 slices pepperoni
8 slices thinly sliced hard salami
Additional pasta sauce, warmed, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat griddle over medium-low heat. Add garlic toast; cook until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes per side., Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each of 4 pieces of toast. Top with cheese, pepperoni, salami and remaining toast. Cook until crisp and cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes, turning as necessary. If desired, serve with additional sauce.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce or 1 (15 ) can pizza sauce
1 large egg
2 cups biscuit mix
1 (8 ounce) package American cheese or 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Grated
1 (2 ) can mushrooms, Sliced,Drained

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cook and stir the meat in a large skillet until brown.
  • Drain off the excess fat.
  • Stir in half of the tomato sauce and the oregano leaves into the meat mixture.
  • Heat to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  • While the meat mixture is simmering, mix the baking mix, egg and the milk.
  • Measure out 3/4 cup of the batter and set aside.
  • Spread the remaining batter in a greased baking pan 9 X 9 X 2-inches.
  • Pour into the remaining tomato sauce over the batter, spreading evenly.
  • Layer 4 slices of the cheese, the meat mixture, the mushrooms and the remaining cheese on top of the batter and tomato sauce.
  • Spoon the reserved batter on the top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the batter top with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, until it is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

I was hungry one day and had these supplies all sitting around, so then I decided to make something quick and easy out of them. It's so yummy! **Note** After baking, cut it in half to see if the cheese is melted through, if it isn't, pop it back in the oven (still cut) for another 3 minutes or so.
