- Using the paddle attachment on the stand mixer or the mixing attachment on a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and strawberries together.
- Start slow and push the strawberries down that creep up the sides using a rubber spatula.
- Turn the mixer on high until the strawberries and cream cheese are smooth.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl for dipping or spreading.
