1 tub of Curly's Sauceless Pork, diced
2 cans of hot chili beans not drained
12oz of tomato paste
2 cans of diced tomatoes with chilis
2 teaspoons of chili powder
1 bottle of chili sauce
2 large onions chopped
2 large green peppers chopped
A dash or two of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of crushed red peppers
2 cups of water
1 cup of spicy V-8 or bloody mary mix
Tabasco to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook on medium/high for about 30 minutes and then on simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cubed
2 large onions, diced
4 celery ribs, diced
2 tablespoons butter
6 cans (15-1/2 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
2 cups water
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon each white pepper, cayenne pepper, ground cumin and pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, optional
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, brown pork in butter in batches. Remove and keep warm., In the same pan, saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the beans, broth, water, jalapenos, spices, garlic, salt, parsley, pork and, if desired, hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until pork is tender. , Uncover; simmer 30-40 minutes longer or until chili reaches desired consistency. Sprinkle with cheese.

1/2 pound sliced bacon
4 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large white onion, chopped
1 to 2 fresh jalapeño chiles, seeded and chopped
4 large garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbled
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
14 1/2-ounce can beef broth
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup water
28- to 32-ounce can crushed tomatoes with purée
2 (19-ounce) cans small red beans or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Accompaniments: toasted salted pumpkin seeds , chopped red onion, torn fresh cilantro sprigs, diced avocado, lime wedges, sour cream, and warmed corn chips or tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Cook bacon in a 6- to 8-quart heavy pot over moderate heat, turning, until crisp. Transfer with tongs to paper towels to drain and pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat from pot. Crumble bacon. Pat pork dry and season with salt and pepper. Add oil to pot and heat over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking. Brown pork in about 6 batches without crowding and transfer with a slotted spoon to a plate. Add onion and jalapeños and cook over moderate heat, stirring, until softened. Add garlic, oregano, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne, then cook, stirring, 1 minute. Return pork to pot with any juices accumulated on plate and add broth, coffee, water, and tomatoes with purée.
  • Simmer chili, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pork is very tender, about 2 hours. Stir in beans and bring to a simmer, stirring.
  • Serve chili with bacon and accompaniments.

1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
Shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat until browned, 5-6 minutes. Transfer pork and drippings to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the tomatoes, corn, beans, onion, broth, chiles, chili powder, garlic, salt, cayenne and pepper. , Cover and cook on low until pork is tender, 6-7 hours. Stir in cilantro. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
32 ounces whole canned tomatoes, crushed
16 ounces canned red kidney beans
8 ounces tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
warm flour tortilla (optional)

Steps:

  • In a 4-quart Dutch oven cook pork, onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil until pork is browned.
  • Stir in flour, mixing well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
  • Simmer, uncovered, one hour.
  • Top each serving with some of the cheese.
  • Serve with tortillas, if desired.
  • Serves 8.

6 poblano peppers
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium sweet red or yellow peppers, coarsely chopped
1 large sweet onion, coarsely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups chicken broth
Optional toppings: Sour cream, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled tortilla chips and lime wedges

Steps:

  • Place poblano peppers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until skins blister, about 5 minutes. With tongs, rotate peppers a quarter turn. Broil and rotate until all sides are blistered and blackened. Immediately place peppers in a large bowl; let stand, covered, 10 minutes., Peel off and discard charred skin. Remove and discard stems and seeds. Finely chop peppers., In a 6-qt. stockpot, heat butter over medium heat. Brown pork in batches. Remove with a slotted spoon., In same pan, add red peppers, onion and jalapeno; cook, covered, over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chili powder, garlic, salt and nutmeg. Add broth, roasted peppers and pork; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.
