DATE NUT SPICE BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the bottom of an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper, then butter and flour the pan.
- Combine the dates and orange liqueur in a small bowl and set aside for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and brown sugar together on medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl. With the mixer on low, add the egg, vanilla, and orange zest. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. With the mixer still on low, add the flour mixture alternately with the orange juice to the creamed mixture, beating only until combined. By hand, stir in the dates with their liquid, and the pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
- Meanwhile, in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the cream cheese, sugar, and orange zest on medium speed until just combined.
- Slice the bread and serve with the orange cream cheese on the side for spreading.

From about.com. I'm looking for bread machine recipies to post because I'd like to see more on 'zaar. Because there are no dairy or eggs, this recipe could safely be put on a timer. Cooking/passive time will depend on your machine.

EVERYDAY BREAD (FRENCH BREAD) ABM BREAD MACHINE
This is our everyday bread that we use for sandwiches and toast. It's dairy and egg free which makes it a favorite of mine - this also makes it safe to use the bread machine timer. This recipe makes a 2 pound loaf, but you can easily halve it for smaller machines.

This is a bread machine recipe. Try it to make a peanut butter-and-jelly sandwich. It's amazing. It uses the machine's dough cycle but is baked in the oven.

OATMEAL DATE BREAD (1-LB BREAD MACHINE)
I created this for my bread machine, which makes two 1-lb loaves simultaneously (recipe is per each loaf). This is a delicious but not too sweet yeast bread. Excellent served fresh or toasted, with butter or cream cheese. ENJOY!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients except dates into bread machine pan in the order listed. (Two tbsps of packed dark brown sugar may be substituted for the sugar and molasses.).
- Start machine on "sweet" cycle.
- Add dates when machine's fruit/nut signal beeps. (If your machine has no fruit/nut signal, add dates about 20 minutes after starting machine.).
- Note: Dough may appear too moist, even wet as the baking cycle begins, but this is normal; bread should come out fine.
