Southern Comfort Cranberry Sauce Recipes

HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE RECIPE

Steps:

• Place water in a medium sauce pot over just below Medium heat.
• Add sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved as it heats up.
• Wash and drain cranberries, removing any soft or bad berries.
• Add the cranberries to the sauce pot.
• Simmer gently for about 30 minutes, stirring often until the sauce begins to thicken.
• Serve it warm, or serve it cold. It's great either way.
• Enjoy!

SOUTHERN COMFORT BBQ SAUCE

Steps:

• Saute bacon until crisp. add onions, cook until onions are transparent.
• add all other ingredients, except Southern Comfort.
• Cook 20 minutes and remove from heat, THEN Add Southern Comfort.
• use on whatever your are grilling, refreidgerate unsed portions.

CRANBERRY CHUTNEY WITH SOUTHERN COMFORT AND APPLES

Steps:

• Place first 3 ingredients in sturdy pot and set on medium and stir frequently. The cranberries and apples will break down. Do not add water. Cook until mushy consistency
• Add about half of southern comfort and the spices. Continue cooking on low. The longer you cook it the more it will break down and jell as it cools. I like it pretty Jelled so cook at least another hour on low
• When the spices give off there fragrance add rest of the southern comfort and cook about 10 more minutes.
• This is great with Turkey but also as a dessert with whip cream!

SOUTHERN COMFORT CRANBERRY SAUCE

Steps:

• Mix berries, sugar & OJ concentrate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Remove from oven; mix in Southern Comfort. Chill.
