10 cups store-bought popped popcorn
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups lightly crushed graham crackers
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Vegetable oil cooking spray, for coating the spatula

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats or wax paper.
  • Place the popcorn, marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers in a large bowl; do not combine yet.
  • Combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan fitted with a candy thermometer. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the butter is melted and the ingredients are completely combined, about 5 minutes.
  • Continue to boil the sugar, no longer stirring, until it reaches the firm-ball stage, 245 degrees F, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the sugar from the heat and add the salt and baking soda.
  • Spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray. Immediately pour the sugar over the popcorn mixture and, using the greased spatula, carefully fold all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheets and bake until lightly browned and crispy and the chocolate and marshmallows are fully melted, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool at least 1 hour in a cool dry place until the chocolate sets.

1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. milk
8 cups popped popcorn
8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken into 1-inch pieces
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Microwave caramels, butter and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Combine popcorn and graham pieces in separate large bowl. Add caramel sauce; mix lightly. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min. Cool completely.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Break popcorn mixture into small clusters; place in large bowl. Add marshmallows; mix lightly. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

12 Food Should Taste Good® kettle corn tortilla chips (from 5.5-oz bag)
6 squares caramel-filled milk chocolate squares, unwrapped, cut in half diagonally (from 5.32-oz bag)
6 marshmallows, cut in half*
Unsweetened baking cocoa and powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Set oven control to broil. Arrange chips in single layer on foil-lined cookie sheet. Place 1 triangle caramel-filled chocolate on each chip; top with marshmallow half, cut side down.
  • Broil with top 4 inches from heat 15 to 20 seconds or until marshmallows begin to brown. Sprinkle serving platter with cocoa and powdered sugar; top with s'mores. Serve immediately.

6 cups popped popcorn
2 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 250°F. In 13x9- or 15x10-inch pan, toss popcorn and cereal; set aside.
  • In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Heat to boiling; boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla (be careful; mixture will foam). Pour over popcorn mixture; stir until well coated.
  • Bake uncovered 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows over popcorn mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows start to turn golden brown. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and stir (mixture will be a bit gooey). Cool completely.
