Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sweet white wine
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 to 2 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped smoked almonds
Assorted crackers

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the first 5 ingredients until smooth. Stir in cheese. Shape into a ball; roll in almonds. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
