10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth
1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
½ onion (diced)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons steak sauce (A1)
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
28 ounces frozen meatballs (homestyle)
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth in your slow cooker.
  • Add mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, steak sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix until combined.
  • Add meatballs and stir in until meatballs are coated in sauce.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
  • Mix in sour cream the last 30 minutes of cooking.

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (28 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
1 onion, diced
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Whisk beef broth and mushroom soup together in a slow cooker. Add steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in meatballs and onion.

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 egg
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon sage
2 cups ketchup
8 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps:

  • Mix pork sausage, slightly beaten egg, bread crumbs, and sage together in mixing bowl. I mix it with my hands because it is easier.
  • Shape into approximately 2 dozen balls.
  • Put in ungreased frying pan. Brown slowly about 15 minutes. Pour off fat.
  • In separate mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce and mix.
  • Put pork sausage balls in slow cooker and cover with sauce.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • (If you don't have a slow cooker) Combine sauce and balls in pot. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes on stove.
