SICILIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE (RAGU) NO SUGAR ADDED

Sicilian Spaghetti Sauce (Ragu) No Sugar Added image

This a terrific recipe with no added sugar because tomatoes contain sufficient sugar to make it naturally sweet. We'll put this on pasta not pancakes! It comes from the Sicilian Culture website. Try it and you will see. I also sub 1 lb cooked chicken (if using cooked chicken, cook sauce for complete time and add chicken just prior to serving), or 1 lb Italian hot sausage for the ground beef.

CRANBERRY SAUCE (NO SUGAR ADDED)

Cranberry Sauce (No Sugar Added) image

My family loves this cranberry sauce. It is SO easy and has no added sugar and no artificial sweeteners so it pleases everyone! It's so versatile - you can use it as a glaze on ham or pork and as a topping for cheesecake.

VANILLA ALMOND BISCOTTI - NO SUGAR ADDED

Vanilla Almond Biscotti - No Sugar Added image

Splenda is perfect for this recipe - noticed NO DIFFERNCE from the sugar - so good - and by not having the sugar my diabetic son can enjoy too! We use the Biscotti Pipe-n-Bake pan but I'm sure this recipe can be used for traditional biscotti too.
