CRAN-SICLE SMOOTHIE
This tangy smoothie is a perfect way to use up leftover cranberries from your holiday celebrations. It gets a touch of sweetness from maple syrup, and wheat germ gives it a nutty note as well as a dose of iron, zinc and B and E vitamins.

Steps:
- Put the frozen cranberries, ice cubes, yogurt, orange juice and maple syrup into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, turning off the blender and pushing down on the ingredients with a spatula or wooden spoon as needed to help the blending process. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold water if needed to adjust consistency. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with the wheat germ. Garnish with the sliced cranberry. Stir well before serving.

SHANNON'S ORANGE CRANBERRY CHOCOLATE EXPLOSION SMOOTHIE
I thought this up as I was jonesin' for a trifle I used to make at Christmas, made with Terry's Chocolate Orange, cranberry orange muffins, and pudding. It's very close to that taste. I'll post that recipe next and you'll know why I was wanting it :)

- Freeze the fruit, I didn't and the drink wasn't cold enough.
- Slightly thaw frozen fruit.
- Blenderize, adding ice as needed to make thicker.

SHANNON'S CHOCOLATE ORANGE CRANBERRY TRIFLE
I came up with this recipe because I love Terry's Chocolate Orange and I love Cranberry Orange muffins. This is one of my best desserts, even though I usually only make it around the holidays. Try it, it is delicious.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease muffin pan cups.
- Mix wet ingredients the add dry, beating until just combined.
- Fill each tin 3/4 full and bake 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool completely and then slice each into at least 3 slices.
- Set aside.
- Mix together pudding ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- BTW, if you can't find the orange pudding mix, use 2 (4 serving size) packages vanilla pudding mix and add the zest of one orange.
- To assemble the trifle, layer half of muffin slices, then half of chocolate orange bits, then half of pudding mixture.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until serving time.

- In a blender combine 1 cup of the cranberry juice, 1 cup yogurt, 1 orange, one banana and 1/2 of the pumpkin pie spice.
- Pulse to smooth, and add ice if you wish-puree to smooth.
