SESAME NOODLES WITH MUSHROOMS

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in the boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chile oil and garlic in a small pitcher. Set aside.
- Add the butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the butter has melted, add the mushrooms and cook until thoroughly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the noodles and toss to combine. Sprinkle over the green onions and give one final toss. Serve.
BEEF MUSHROOM STIR FRY
Steps:
- Prep Beef: Add the beef, baking soda, cornstarch and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to a bowl. Toss everything together and set aside.
- Combine Stir Fry Ingredients: Combine all the stir fry sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and spread it out. Don't touch it for 2 minutes, allowing it to sear. Toss it around a bit, then add the garlic, onion, ginger and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes, just until they start to brown a bit. Pour the sauce over everything and toss until well combined.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve.

Steps:
- In a bowl mix together, soy,rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, chopped ginger, 2 tsps. sesame oil cornstarch and pepper flakes, set aside.
- To 2 cups boiling water andd two beef ramen noodles, 1 seasoning packet, 4 scallions and 1 teaspoons sesame oil. Cook one minute, remove from heat; let stand covered.
- In a large skillet heat oil, add boneless sirloin and garlic and stir fry until lightly browned. Remove beef, keep warm. Add second Tbls. of oil add asparagus; stir fry until done to your taste.
- Add beef and soy mixture to skillet. Stir fry until thickened. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and more green onions. Toss with noodles and serve.

- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Strain and put into a greased casserole.
- Slice the mushrooms and the onion and saute in butter until tender. Add to the noodles.
- Mix in most of the cheese, reserving some for sprinkling over the top.
- Beat the egg, and stir into remaining butter the mushrooms were sauteed in, adding a little boiling water to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and dot with small nobs of butter.
- Bake in a 325F over for 20 to 25 minutes.
