Rose Petal Iced Tea Recipes

ROSE PETAL ICED TEA

Steps:

• Bring the 3 cups water to a boil. Add the rose petals and lemon juice then turn off the heat and allow it to sit for 8-10 hours.
• Strain the 'rose water' into large jug. Remove petals & discard.
• Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat and place in the tea bags. Brew for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, and add the granulated sugar to the tea. Stir.
• Allow the tea to cool then add the 2 tsp rose water, the food colouring and stir. Serve well chilled over ice.

ROSE PETAL ICED TEA

• 2. Add the rose petals and lemon juice then turn off the heat and allow it to sit for 8-10 hrs.
• 3. Strain the rosewater into a large jug.
• 4. Remove petals and discard.
• 5. Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat and place in the tea bags. Brew for 5 mins.
• 6. Remove the tea bags and add the granulated sugar to the tea. Stir.
• 7. Serve well chilled over ice!

ROSE PETAL AND VANILLA TEA

Steps:

• Place the dried rose petals and vanilla bean and seeds in a large measuring cup or teapot and pour on the boiling water. Stir in the honey, cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and serve warm, or reheat and serve hot.
