Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups mixed nuts

Steps:

In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Add nuts; toss to coat. Spread onto a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. , Bake at 300° for 35-40 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted and appear dry, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container.

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Steps:

In a bowl, combine the nuts and maple syrup; mix well. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salad dressing mix; stir gently to coat. Spread in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 300° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

3 tablespoons butter
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) mixed nuts
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add nuts and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Place nuts in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts, tossing to coat. Cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

1 lb mixed nuts
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

Ingredients

1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
4 cups salted mixed nuts
2 -3 tablespoons fine sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix honey, butter, and half of cinnamon in saucepan and heat to boiling. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
In medium mixing bowl, pour honey mixture over nuts, stir well.
Pour mixture onto non-stick cookie sheet and spread evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until nuts are lightly browned. Allow to cool.
Mix sugar and remaining cinnamon, and toss with nuts.
