  • Instructions Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.

2 tbsp porridge oats
½ lemon , juiced
100ml milk

  • Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it's too thick.
