1 quart apple cider
12 ounces raspberry jelly
1 teaspoon sweetened lemonade drink mix
1/8 teaspoon unsweetened raspberry kool-aid
4 lemon slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • Bring cider to a boil in a 3 quart saucepan -- add remaining ingredients.
  • Stir until jelly dissolves.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Pour into serving mugs.
  • While still warm.garnish with lemon slices.

1 bag (10 oz) frozen organic red raspberries
1 bottle (64 oz) apple cider (8 cups)
2 tablespoons honey
2 cinnamon sticks
1 piece (1 1/2 inches) gingerroot, peeled, thinly sliced
3 thin slices orange, cut into quarters if desired

Steps:

  • Reserve 1/2 cup frozen raspberries for garnish; set aside.
  • In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining raspberries, the apple cider, honey, cinnamon sticks and gingerroot to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
  • Strain mixture; discard solids. Garnish each serving with orange slice and a few of the reserved raspberries. Serve hot.

This is JUST the drink for those winter-time holidays (Advent, caroling parties, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day). Pleasantly flavored and easy to adjust to your special tastes!

1 cup apple-raspberry juice concentrate, thawed (see note below)
10 cups fresh apple cider
1 -2 tablespoon sugar (white or brown)
4 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Combine everything in a large pan or crock-pot.
  • Heat to a simmer, then turn down and keep warm until closer to serving time.
  • May be served hot, warm or even cooled completely with equally tasty results.
  • NOTE: Instead of apple-raspberry, try apple-cranberry, with a pitcher of reconstituted apple juice (instead of the cider).

SPICED RASPBERRY APPLE CIDER

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 cups of apple cider
4 - 5 sticks of cinnamon
1 ½ tsp of whole cloves
5 cardamom pods
1-2 star anise
about ½ cup maple syrup
2 green apples (cut into slices or wedges)
7 oz / 1 punnet of raspberries
2-3 tbsp of bourbon per cup (roughly measured)
Apple slices and extra raspberries to serve

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients (except for the maple syrup) in a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil on medium-high heat. Lower the heat to medium to medium-low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Strain the cider, save the cinnamon sticks and discard the rest. Return the cinnamon sticks back to the cider (optional - alternatively, you could use them as a garnish when you serve)
  • Stir in the maple syrup (just enough for your taste).
  • Serve while warm in glasses/mugs with some bourbon (optional), extra raspberries, apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

8 cups apple cider or 8 cups apple juice
1 cup frozen raspberry concentrate
1/4 cup sugar (to your taste)
1 cinnamon stick
frozen raspberries

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat for at least 20 minutes. Put 3 or 4 frozen raspberries in each glass before serving.
  • If you are wanting to make larger recipe, use two 12 oz containers of raspberry concentrate to every 3 gallons of apple cider.

This raspberry tea includes apple cider vinegar with the mother, which has been proven to have so many health benefits! You can drink this tea warm in the winter or iced in the summer. You may need to work up to the full amount of vinegar and ginger if it's too tart for you. I love the bite the ginger gives, but it can be omitted. What a great way to hydrate!

1 (2 g) bag raspberry zinger tea
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar with the mother
2 tablespoons stevia powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
ice as needed

Steps:

  • Place the tea bag into the boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bag.
  • Add 1 cup ice to a 32-ounce container and pour hot tea over top, stirring until all ice is melted. Add apple cider vinegar, stevia, and ginger; stir well. Serve over more ice.
