SHRIMP RAMEN
Shrimp joins bacon and mushrooms in a chicken broth for this simple ramen.

Steps:
- Put the bacon in a cold medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of the bacon fat from the saucepan. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden, about 3 minutes. Add the shiitakes and cook, stirring, until browned, about 6 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire and bring to a boil. Add the ramen and boil until tender, about 2 minutes.
- Remove the broth from the heat and stir in the shrimp. Let stand until the shrimp are cooked, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve topped with the chives.

Steps:
- Break noodles in pieces, cook according to directions, drain, set aside.
- Saute peppers and onions until soft, add noodles and combine with pepper snd onions.
- Meanwhile cut tilapia in chunks, bread and fry in deep fryer at 350 degrees. Cook until golden brown, drain.
- Add to noodle mixture, add chili sauce and combine.

- Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet under medium heat. When skillet is heated up, add tilapia to skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until done. Set aside. Do not overlap tilapia when frying. Cook in two (or three) batches if needed.
- In a small pot, bring to boil soy sauce, miring, honey, ginger powder and garlic powder. Once boil, continue to cook for ~4 minutes under medium heat, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Cook sauce until consistency is glaze-like.
